Registration Deadline: August 31, 2009
Discounts are available for three or more participants from the same research group. All group members should contact the course coordinator to confirm the discount, and they should register on the same day.
You are responsible for handling travel and accommodation expenses and arrangements. Cancellations may be made for a refund, less a $100 processing fee, until August 31, 2009. After August 31, 2009 no refund will be given.
Your place at the course is guaranteed once payment has been received. If no payment is received within 48 hours of registration, your place will be forfeited.
Fees are payable by credit card or wire transfer. Once we have processed your payment, we will email you your receipt. Questions should be directed to the course coordinator.
